Quality and Warranty
Each individual supply contract will be executed exclusively under the terms outlined below, which will prevail over any other incompatible or conflicting conditions. Any subsequent changes to these conditions must be accepted in writing by Naviensis.
Delivery
The shipping date stated on Naviensis’ official order confirmation is calculated in business days and will be considered interrupted in the event of circumstances beyond control (strikes, natural disasters, power outages, plant breakdowns, etc.). If the products are not collected or shipped on the established date due to the customer’s responsibility, storage charges may apply.
Product Features
“The products mentioned in the supply contract and described in Naviensis’ official order confirmation can be defined based on measurements, inspections, or data provided by the customer. These data, along with the methodology used to establish them, may influence the construction characteristics and performance of the products. If it is proven that these data do not match reality, the responsibility for the product characteristics and performance will solely rest with the customer.
Warranty
With regard to the products covered by the supply contract, in accordance with Italian law regulations, Naviensis will guarantee the absence of defects in both processing and materials used. Any claims and warranty requests must be made in writing and must contain the most detailed possible description of the anomalies found. Naviensis must also have the opportunity to examine the product presumed to be defective and carry out non-destructive tests on it. Any costs incurred in transporting the product presumed to be defective to Naviensis’ factory or another defined location must be borne by the customer. If, for any reason, it is necessary to bring Naviensis employees to define the purpose of the warranty, all related costs will be borne by the customer.
Warranty Contents
Once a manufacturing defect has been established, Naviensis will carry out repairs or a replacement, along with transportation of the repaired or replaced product at its expense, to the place of origin from which the defective product arrived. In addition to this, Naviensis will reimburse the transportation costs of the defective product to its factory and the expenses for the transfer of its personnel, if applicable. Any other service, liability, or claim for direct or indirect damages is excluded. If the product defect has been caused by improper use, inadequate maintenance, or incorrect repairs, the warranty request cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
